Q: Is there a food and beverage minimum?
A: The food and beverage minimum is $4,000

Q: What is the standard cost of a wedding package?
A: Packages start at approximately $104.

Q: Are there discounts for off season weddings or Friday/Sundays?
A: The Links at Greystone hosts weddings from May-October. Discounts may be applied to food and beverage charges on Sunday weddings at the sole discretion of the club. Discounts may not be applied to mandatory service charges (i.e. Ceremony, Set Up, Equipment Rentals, etc.), or the mandatory gratuity paid to staff.

Q: What is the maximum the venue can hold?
A: Our ClearSpan greenside tent can hold up to 240 people with a sit-down dinner. We also offer an indoor alternative which seats 60, ideal for smaller receptions, rehearsal dinners, farewell brunches, or other special events.

Q: Is there a time limit for the wedding?
A: Our weddings typically last 6 hours. Due to the local town ordinance, outdoor entertainment must conclude by 10pm, however the party can go on in our indoor reception area with an alternate dance floor. (if planned in advance)

Q: What is included in the decor?
A: White padded folding chairs, table linens and napkins in your choice of color, use of 12 inch round mirror and glass bowl centerpieces, & 5 foot round tables for guests.

Q: Is there a bridal room to get ready in?
A: There is a private locker room space that is reserved for the day to get ready in.

Q: Will I have access to the entire property on my wedding day?
A: As long as you are accompanied by a Greystone staff member you will have access to the entire property for photographs.

Q: How do I hold a date?
A: After you take a tour of the facility, a complimentary two-week hold will be placed on the date of your choosing, after that time a $1,000 deposit will be required to hold that date permanently.
